Grand Harbor's waterways are weed choked. A resident sent these photos in today. Gotta love the title of the pictures: "Summer of Hydrilla"! Sounds just like a horror movie! Sadly, this isn't a movie....it's a nightmare we can't wake up from!
Notice how stagnant this water is looking? Imagine the bacteria that must be growing in there!!
